Stop FLOCK in Tennessee

HB 1971

This bill fundamentally tramples your right to challenge unconstitutional laws by court ruling. It is the most egregious overreach and socialist approach by this alleged Republican General Assembly we’ve ever seen. **Update- lost this battle, we will win the war. Several grassroots groups joined the fight, next session will be exciting.

A protest poster with a black background and red, white, and yellow text. The top text states, "YOUR RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER ARE AT RISK!!!" Below, there are photos of two men. On the right, a man with dark hair and a beard in a suit labeled "Rep. & Chairman Andrew Farmer" with the phone number 615-741-4419. Below the photos, there is a red circle with a line through it over a graphic of a handshake between a government official and a business person, with the text “CORPORATE IMMUNITY” inside the circle. The lower part of the poster contains white and red text warning about a bill called HB809, claiming it allows businesses to avoid liability for faulty products in farmers' use.

Focused on the Issues

  • DEFEND THE GUARD UPHOLD THE CONSTITUTION - HB0129

    HB0129 / SB0156

Many of our veteran and constitutional purist members testified at and attended the hearing in March 2025. A corrupt co-sponsor sent it to summer study. The fight isn’t over yet.

  • Food Freedom in Tennessee - A promotional poster for the Raw Milk Summit shows portraits of eight speakers, including representatives, authors, and farmers, with their names and titles. The event is scheduled for November 8, 2025

    Food Freedom

Update- freedom WINS! This was passed! HB0130 - The Cottage Food bill, was a great step toward food freedom in TN, allowing family produced poultry, eggs, and homemade goods without a permit or license. Next step: Meat and Raw Milk!

  • A handgun resting on the U.S. Constitution with an American flag in the background. Second Amendment, 2A

    2nd Amendment Rights

The recent Hughes v. Lee case started as a win for the 2A in a TN court when two gun laws were found unconstitutional. A group of RINO’s under Bill Lee want to appeal that ruling and don’t understand that the 2A SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.
